IPAY is proud to return to The Pittsburgh International Children's Theater for the 32nd Annual International Showcase of Performing Arts for Youth. Showcase 2010 will take place January 20-23, 2010 in and around Pittsburgh's Cultural District, but guests should plan to arrive on January 19, 2010 for Tourism Day, where they will have the opportunity to explore all the changes that have happened around the Cultural District and region since IPAY was last here in 1992.
