Winners Announced of Presenter Survey Raffle
MARCH 27, 2009Recently, a number of presenters of arts for young people received a survey for a study, conducted by one of our student members, Marla Hahn, who is writing her graduate thesis in collaboration with IPAY and its Executive Board. The primary objective of this project is to gain a better understanding of the field of performing arts for youth, and improve facilitation of international artists' tours in North America.
Marla received responses from 38 members and 32 non-members. Members were entered into a raffle to win a free companion registration for Showcase 2010, and non-members were entered into a raffle to win a free membership to IPAY. Massachusetts pulled off a clean sweep as member Christine Brown from UMASS Lowell Center for the Arts and new member Kati Nickerson from Village Theatre Pied Piper won the respective prizes.
