Opportunities for Students
College and graduate students are a critical part of the performing arts for youth community, and IPAY is happy to offer discounts on IPAY membership and Showcase attendance to ensure their participation. Our Jim Rye Fellowship program allows qualified students to become a member for one year and attend our annual conference, all completely free. Students local to the Philadelphia area are eligible to apply for a fall, spring, or summer administrative internship.
Membership
For only $25, students can become a member of International Performing Arts for Youth. Membership includes automatic registration for our "members only" listserve, access to our online job postings, and opportunities to interact with members from across North America and around the world.
Showcase

Jim Rye Scholarship
Jim Rye Fellows are given their Showcase conference fee free and a complimentary year long membership to IPAY. The Jim Rye Fellowship is open to graduate students only. We are looking for young emerging professionals from graduate programs to attend the conference and inspire us all—and do a little work as well.
