Our Staff: Jane Stojak
Jane Stojak is the founder and executive director of Random Acts of Theater in Philadelphia. RAT has produced more than 50 shows since its founding in 1999. Jane also frequently directs for other theater companies. In August 2009, she directed Sam Bobrick's New York Water for the Deertrees Theatre Festival in Harrison, ME and in April 2009, she directed Solitary for the Philadelphia Theatre Workshop. In a previous life, Jane (who has a Ph.D. in Psychology) trained scientists and engineers in presentation, team-building and other productivity skills at major US corporations. This work resulted in the 1993 Harvard Business Review article, How Bell Labs Creates Star Performers. Jane loves helping good work get funded.
