Lian Farrer
Lian Farrer is Vice President for Education at the State Theatre in New Jersey, where she has created a comprehensive education program including performances for schools, artist residencies, festivals, teacher professional development, lectures, classes, and other programs. The programs under her direction serve over 40,000 people annually. Before joining the State Theatre, she was Assistant Administrative Director of the New York City Opera's Education Department and National Touring Company. Lian has served on the Advisory Committee of the Kennedy Center's Partners in Education program, the Board of Trustees of the Alliance for Arts Education-New Jersey, and the New Jersey Arts Education Collective.
